Net income (take home pay) should be a minimum of two and a half times the rent but more may be required depending on your current debts. There is not a minimum credit score requirement. We do verify the information provided by the applicant. Income is verified through paystubs, W-2s, 1099s, award and benefit letters, retirement and pension statements, government and military pay statements, and housing vouchers (when applicable). Rental history is verified through current and previous property manager and/or landlord and court records.
